Welcome to DOBRÉ Fashion. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to DOBRÉ Fashion. DOBRÉ Fashion operates www.dobrefashion.com and this store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). DOBRÉ Fashion is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

1. General
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

2. Products & Pricing
All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD $). We do not currently charge tax on orders. Local delivery is a flat rate of $5, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment
Placing an order is an offer to purchase; DOBRÉ Fashion reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at its discretion. We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method — payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery
We currently offer local delivery within Lebanon only — we do not ship internationally or nationally through couriers outside our local delivery service. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control. Once the product is delivered to you, title and risk of loss passes to you.

5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before delivery by contacting us. Once an order has been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy, available on our website.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on www.dobrefashion.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of DOBRÉ Fashion and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.

8. Relationship with Shopify
DOBRÉ Fashion is powered by Shopify. Any sales made in our store are directly with DOBRÉ Fashion. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of these sales.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOBRÉ Fashion and Shopify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services or products purchased through them.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
