Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item doesn't fit, we're happy to help — please read the conditions below carefully before requesting an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are accepted only for size issues (e.g., you ordered M but need L).
- The item must have its original tag/card still attached. If the tag has been removed, the item is not eligible for exchange.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Not Eligible for Exchange
- Items with the tag removed.
- Change of mind, color preference, or reasons other than sizing.
- No refunds are offered — only size exchanges.
How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at dobrefashionofc@gmail.com - 70100851 within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and the size you need instead.
- Once approved, send back the original item (with tag attached).
- We will ship out the new size once we receive the returned item.
If Your Requested Size Is Unavailable
- If the size you need is out of stock, we will let you know and offer you [store credit / a refund / the option to choose a different item], whichever you prefer to specify.
Shipping Costs
- You cover the shipping cost for sending back the original item and receiving the new size. (fill in whichever applies)
