Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an item doesn't fit, we're happy to help — please read the conditions below carefully before requesting an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted only for size issues (e.g., you ordered M but need L).
  • The item must have its original tag/card still attached. If the tag has been removed, the item is not eligible for exchange.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Items with the tag removed.
  • Change of mind, color preference, or reasons other than sizing.
  • No refunds are offered — only size exchanges.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact us at dobrefashionofc@gmail.com - 70100851 within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number and the size you need instead.
  3. Once approved, send back the original item (with tag attached).
  4. We will ship out the new size once we receive the returned item.

If Your Requested Size Is Unavailable

  • If the size you need is out of stock, we will let you know and offer you [store credit / a refund / the option to choose a different item], whichever you prefer to specify.

Shipping Costs

  • You cover the shipping cost for sending back the original item and receiving the new size. (fill in whichever applies)
