Just to clarify — I wrote the Terms of Service already, but the Shipping Policy was only offered, not drafted yet. Here they are separated, with the Shipping Policy written now:

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to discontinue any product at any time.
  • All prices are listed in USD ($).
  • We do not charge tax on any orders.
  • Shipping is a flat rate of $5 on all orders.

3. Orders & Payment

  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid shipping address and phone number.
  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method. Payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently deliver within Lebanon.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days from the date the order is placed.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (weather, holidays, courier delays, etc.).
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy, available on our website.

6. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on dobrefashion.com, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Dobre Fashion and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
Dobre Fashion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products, to the extent permitted by law.

Shipping Policy
